1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to become an instructor or submitting a course to EdUniversa, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Your use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all rules, policies, and guidelines described herein.
2. Eligibility
To partner with EdUniversa, instructors must:
Be qualified and have demonstrable expertise in their field
Provide accurate information regarding credentials, experience, and course content
Be legally authorized to provide the course content and materials submitted
EdUniversa reserves the right to reject applications or remove courses that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Instructors retain ownership of their original content.
By submitting courses to EdUniversa, instructors grant EdUniversa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute the course on its platform.
Instructors must ensure that all content respects third-party copyrights, trademarks, and privacy rights.
4. Course Quality & Standards
All submitted courses must comply with EdUniversa’s Quality & Curation Policy. Courses may be reviewed, modified, or removed if they:
Fail to meet academic or professional standards
Contain misleading, inaccurate, or plagiarized content
Violate ethical or legal guidelines
5. Certification & Academic Recognition
EdUniversa is not an awarding body or university. All certifications and academic recognition are issued solely by the delivering institution or platform. EdUniversa provides guidance and hosting only and is not responsible for the academic validity of third-party programs.
6. Fees, Payments & Revenue Sharing
All financial terms are agreed upon before course publication.
Revenue share, flat fees, or consultancy payments will be processed according to the Instructor Agreement.
EdUniversa is not liable for taxes, fees, or charges incurred by instructors in relation to payments.

7. Termination
EdUniversa reserves the right to terminate any instructor partnership or remove courses at its discretion, including but not limited to:
Breach of Terms & Conditions
Low course quality or repeated complaints
Legal or ethical violations
Termination will be communicated in writing whenever possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
EdUniversa provides platform services for instructors as a digital academic gateway. Instructors acknowledge that EdUniversa is not liable for:
Student outcomes, performance, or satisfaction
Technical issues or downtime of third-party platforms
Misrepresentation or misuse of course content by third parties
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
10. Amendments
EdUniversa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Instructors will be notified of significant changes and are expected to comply with the updated terms.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Instructors must comply with all applicable data protection laws when handling learner information. EdUniversa collects minimal personal data and provides guidance to ensure instructor compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. Personal data shared through EdUniversa should only be used for academic and course-related purposes.
12. Use of Platform and Tools
Instructors are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials. The platform’s tools and resources should be used only for authorized educational purposes. Any misuse or unauthorized access may result in termination of partnership.
13. Communication and Professional Conduct
All instructors are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully with learners, other instructors, and EdUniversa staff. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, or inappropriate communication is strictly prohibited.
14. Intellectual Property Infringement
Instructors must ensure that submitted content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. EdUniversa reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates copyright, trademarks, or other IP protections.
15. Reporting and Feedback
Instructors agree to provide accurate information and respond to EdUniversa requests regarding course updates, learner feedback, or compliance audits. Failure to cooperate may lead to removal of courses or termination of partnership.
16. Limitation of Platform Modifications
EdUniversa reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue platform features, course displays, and interface tools. Instructors acknowledge that such changes may occur and agree that EdUniversa is not liable for impacts on course reach or engagement.
